  • How long does order processing take?
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Changes and cancellations are possible before your order ships. Once shipped, please use the return process.

  • I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
    Contact us immediately at JollyxJester@hotmail.com. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.

  • Where is my order confirmation or tracking email?
    You’ll receive confirmation and tracking emails after placing your order and once it has shipped. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see them.

    Shipping within the USA and Europe is free. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    We do our best to accommodate deliveries to P.O. boxes, but some carriers may have restrictions.

  • Do I pay customs or import taxes?
    Yes, international customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by local authorities.
