⏳ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive a separate email once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates exclude the 1–3 business day processing time and may be affected by peak seasons, weather, carrier capacity, or customs inspections.

🧾 International Shipping, Customs & Duties

  • We ship worldwide, with rates and timelines depending on destination and carrier availability.

  • Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

📬 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.

🏠 Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at JollyxJester@hotmail.com.

  • Address changes are possible only if your order has not yet shipped.

  • Once in transit, changes may not be possible and rerouting fees may apply.

  • Packages returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do our best to deliver to P.O. boxes. However, some carriers and oversized items may have restrictions. Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery to a P.O. box.

📦 Missed, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your shipment is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date (or delivery).

  • We’ll assist with carrier investigations and provide next steps.

📤 Split Shipments & Back-Orders

  • For faster delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost.

  • If an item is on back-order or pre-order, the estimated shipping window will be noted at checkout or in your order confirmation.
