Welcome to Jolly Jester — your shop for plush toys, stuffed pillows, and children’s playtime favorites. This Store Policy explains how we process orders, ship products, handle returns and refunds, and ensure your shopping experience is smooth and transparent.

⏳ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive a separate notification when your order ships.

Delivery estimates exclude processing time and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or seasonal peaks.

📬 Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🧾 Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply upon arrival in your country.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Check with your local customs office for more details.

🏠 Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at JollyxJester@hotmail.com.

  • Address changes are only possible before your order ships.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

📮 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do our best to deliver to P.O. boxes, but some carriers and oversized items may not be eligible. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery to a P.O. box.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return:

  1. Email JollyxJester@hotmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items and gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (certain hygiene/beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as above.

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, you must follow the return process.

  • For urgent changes, email us with your order number in the subject line.
